How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 24 hours ahead for airport transfers, though we can often accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. Corporate and event bookings should be made at least a week out.
Do you track my flight automatically?
Yes. Once you share your flight number, we monitor it in real time and adjust your pickup automatically, early landings and delays included, at no extra charge.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver adjusts to your actual landing time, not your original schedule. We include complimentary wait time for domestic delays.
Do you serve both MSP Terminal 1 and 2?
Yes, our drivers meet travelers at both Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey) baggage claim, holding a sign with your name.
Is gratuity included in the fare?
Gratuity is included only for airport pickups, a standard 15% built into the fare. For all other trips, gratuity isn't included, so tip as you'd like at drop-off.
Can I book by the hour instead of point-to-point?
Absolutely. Hourly charter starts at a 4-hour minimum and is ideal for meetings, city tours, or a night with multiple stops.
What's the largest group you can pick up from MSP?
Our fleet scales up to a 56-passenger motor coach for very large groups, most families and wedding parties use our Sprinter or mini bus.
Can we split into two vehicles if the group is large?
Yes, we can coordinate two vehicles arriving together so the group still travels in sync.
Do you accommodate extra luggage for group travel?
Yes, let dispatch know the approximate luggage count at booking so we assign a vehicle with enough room.
